Cornerstone's experienced recruiting team delivers quick, efficient and unobtrusive recruiting power to our clients. All candidates presented to the client have had a thorough screening and as many references as possible verified. All technical and professional references will be provided to the hiring manager upon request. References will include the name and phone number of the reference giver, should any additional questions arise. Only top-notch candidates with excellent work histories will be submitted for review. The hiring manager's time is valuable and should not be wasted interviewing anything less than the ideal candidate.

Our solutions include Contingency Search, Temporary Staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and Recruiting on Demand

Contingency Search– This is the traditional recruiter fee structure where the fee is based off of the candidate’s base salary and is not owed to Cornerstone unless you hire the candidate. Our placements are guaranteed for 6 months which is much longer than our competitors. Cornerstone can conduct contingency searches for many different positions including top skilled hourly workers all the way up to executive level professionals.

Temporary Staffing - Cornerstone can help with your company’s short term staffing needs and special projects by providing supplemental staff to compliment your existing team. We can provide fully credentialed workers on very short notice. By using our supplemental workers you save on the added employee costs of workers’ comp, unemployment, benefits, administrative costs, taxes, sick leave and vacation. Cornerstone is the employer of record for these workers.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) - For a fixed fee Cornerstone will take charge of your entire recruiting process to include:

  • Setting up and managing an applicant & job tracking database.
  • Integrate the applicant & job tracking database with your website so candidates can view jobs and apply online through your website.
  • Actively recruit for all of your open positions, proactively screen and organize candidates in your database for future consideration.
  • Close interaction with hiring managers to determine exact needs and schedule all interviews.
  • Full credentialing of candidates to include thorough professional references, criminal background checks, drug testing, degree verification and professional license verification.
  • On boarding of new hires

Recruiting On Demand – For clients that do not need a full recruitment outsourcing solution this option allows you to utilize any of the components of the RPO solution on an as needed basis for an hourly fee. For example if you would like us to recruit for a specific project or if you would like our help with credentialing you have the ability to turn us “on” as you need us and “off” when you don’t.

Customized Invoicing- Cornerstone Recruiting realizes that each company we work with is unique. Your account representative will work closely with you to determine which invoicing option works best with your business. This flexibility enables you to work within your company's budget and hire the best person for the open position.
